    Transportation

    7-26 seater tourist vehicles; if the group size in Lhasa is fewer than 4 people, a taxi will be arranged at no extra cost. Vehicles and tour guides for shared tours are subject to change. Vehicle conditions in Tibet are generally average; most lack air conditioning or do not use it. Speed ​​limits apply to certain road sections, requiring stops along the way; please be punctual for pick-ups. No refunds are provided if you withdraw from the tour midway. Luggage limit: one 26-inch suitcase and one backpack per person; excess luggage should be stored at your hotel in Lhasa.

    Accommodation

    Standard twin rooms; no double-bed rooms or extra beds available; breakfast is not included. Solo travelers may share a triple room or room with another traveler, or pay a single supplement; hotels are assigned centrally and cannot be selected personally.

    Dining

    Hotel breakfast is included, along with two complimentary specialty meals (Tibetan/Nepalese cuisine and Yamdrok Lake hotpot); no refunds if these are skipped. Other meals are at your own expense (you may bring snacks); specialty meals may be scheduled for either lunch or dinner.

    Tour Guide

    Chinese, English, or bilingual guides provided; bilingual service is arranged if the group includes both Chinese and international tourists. Guides and vehicles may change during the itinerary.

    Admission Tickets

    Includes first-entry tickets for the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Yamdrok Lake, Karola Glacier, Rongbuk Monastery, Mount Everest (including eco-bus), and Tashilhunpo Monastery. Alternative attractions will be substituted if visits are impossible due to force majeure. Off-season rates apply during winter; no price adjustments or refunds for the difference. Potala Palace and Jokhang Temple tickets require real-name reservation; please cooperate with the guide's arrangements.

    Entry Permits

    Assistance provided for obtaining the Tibet Travel Permit, Border Pass, and Military Area Entry Permit.

    Complimentary Transfers (Start/End Days Only)

    Free pick-up (08:00–22:00) and drop-off (08:30–22:30) at Gonggar Airport, and free transfers at Lhasa Railway Station. Transfers outside these hours or for early arrivals/late departures are at your own expense; shared transfers are arranged for passengers on the same flight.

    1. Single Room Supplement: Hotels default to double occupancy (except for dormitory rooms). A single room supplement will apply if a single room is required.

    2. Room Loss: Due to full payment, any room charges incurred due to changes in the itinerary are the responsibility of the traveler.

    3. Personal Expenses: Laundry, telephone, fax, pay TV, beverages, snacks, tobacco, alcohol, and other personal expenses within the hotel.

    4. Unforeseen Circumstances: Due to force majeure and reasons beyond the control of the travel agency (such as natural disasters, war, strikes, epidemics, etc.), or special circumstances such as airline flight issues or insufficient participants, the travel agency reserves the right to cancel or change the itinerary. Any additional costs incurred will be charged by the travel agency.

    5. Round-Trip Transportation: Round-trip transportation costs, such as airfare or train tickets, to Tibet are not included in the tour price. If the travel agency is required to book these tickets, an additional fee will be charged.

    Hotel Notes (This is a fixed group tour product): We do not accept requests for specific hotels (i.e., requests from tourists to choose a particular hotel from a list). Our company reserves the right to the final interpretation of hotel selection. Hotel arrangements by the traveler are not accepted.

    Foreign tourists need to apply for a Tibet Entry Permit in advance. These permits can only be applied for by travel agencies, so advance booking is required.
