1. Please remember to bring the original passport to the ticket gate, enter directly without redemption of paper tickets.

2. Winter season: November 1, 2026, to February 28; opening hours: 8:30–18:00; park clearance begins at 17:30.

3. All visitors in one booking must enter at the same time. If visitors need to enter the museum at different times, please book separately.

4. There may be temporary closures that cannot always be scheduled in advance since they are frequently caused by unforeseen circumstances.

5. If you book for a date within 7 days, we will send you the ticket within 1 hour.

6. If you book for a date after 7 days, we will send you the ticket within 7 days before the date of the visit.

7. Foreign visitors aged 65 and over free admission with their passports.

8. Children under 6 years of age (including 6 years of age) or below 1.3 meters (including 1.3 meters) free admission with their passports.

9. Discount tickets for non-adults aged 7 years (including 7 years old) to 18 years old (including 18 years old) (passport required).
